"I had been looking for a house since September 2008 and had found that over that time my position and fortune had changed many times.  With the introduction of the first home owners grant boost, the market was suddenly flooded with first home buyers and I found it very difficult to even look at houses that weren't already under contract and offer.  Eventually I was resigned to the fact that it may well be better to wait until the FHOG boost was finished and hopefully the market would return to normal.

 

Than on the 23rd of Defember I decided to have a look at a neat and tidy place in south penrith. I was greeted by Heather from Heather Property group. She showed me through the house and I decided I liked it enough go make an offer.
